Embarking on a Pesto Experience in the enchanting Golfo dei Poeti is an adventure that will ignite your senses and leave an indelible mark on your soul.
Picture yourself on a tour in a magnificent Gozzo, a typical Ligurian traditional boat, gliding through the crystal-clear waters, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.
The vibrant energy of the sea merges with the invigorating aroma of freshly made pesto, creating an experience that is simply unparalleled.

Directly on board will be the pesto cooking class where participants will witness the preparation of pesto, hear the history of pesto, learn about the ingredients and the use of the mortar.
At the end of the cooking class there will be a tasting of the freshly prepared pesto for all participants, accompanied by typical Ligurian focaccia and vermentino wine from the Cinque terre.

The activity will last about 1 hour and 15 minutes

The boat will take you to discover the Gulf of Poets and the evocative villages that populate it. You will admire Lerici, a medieval village dominated by the Castle of San Giorgio and the small villages of Fiascherino and Tellaro. We will then head to the archipelago consisting of the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto, included among the Unesco World Heritage Sites.

The final destination will be Porto Venere, with the stunning Church of San Pietro, built in the 13th century, which frames a small cove called Byron’s Cave. Several stops are scheduled throughout the day for a refreshing swim in the beautiful coves and for funny snorkeling. On board you will find a good glass of wine to accompany a light lunch based on local products.

PUNCTUALITY IS ESSENTIAL FOR DISEMBARKATIONS AND EMBARKATIONS. IN CASE OF DELAY EN EXTRA EURO 120 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH HOUR OF DELAY. IN CASE OF UNJUSTIFIED DELAY THE CAPTAIN WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LEAVE WITHOUT BOARDING THE GUESTS
