Romantic Dinner Cruise for Two: Private Boat & Candlelit Dinner at Sea
Board the Nimbus Weekender W9 at 7:00 p.m. and return at 11:00 p.m. — a 4-hour private evening cruise exclusively for 2 guests, combining a sunset sail to Portovenere, a swimming stop in crystal-clear water, and a full 3-course dinner (starter, first and second course) is based on fresh fish, prepared by our trusted restaurant and served directly on board as the boat lies moored in one of the most beautiful settings on the Gulf of Poets. This is not a boat tour with dinner as an add-on. This is a private floating restaurant, conceived entirely around one evening and one couple.
The Nimbus departs into the gulf as the light begins to change, heading towards Portovenere. Along the short journey, guests have the opportunity to dive in and swim in the warm, crystal-clear sea — the boat stops in a sheltered cove where a rich aperitif is served on board while the last of the day's light plays across the water. The combination of the swim, the aperitif and the setting makes the hour before dinner one of the most memorable parts of the evening.
Dinner on the Water: Fresh Fish, Three Courses, Portovenere at Night
With the Nimbus moored in a wonderful setting, dinner is served on board: a 3-course menu of fresh fish — starter, first course and second course — prepared by a trusted local restaurant and brought directly to the boat. The view across the water, the lights of Portovenere reflected in the harbour, the quiet of the gulf at night: these are the ingredients of an evening that requires very little from its guests beyond the willingness to be present and enjoy it.
The evening closes on the bow of the Nimbus, lying out under the stars with the gentle rolling of the waves. By 11:00 p.m. the boat returns to port — the night still young, the memory already made.
Itineraries are subject to weather and sea conditions. The skipper may modify the route at any time to ensure the safety of all guests. Punctuality at boarding and disembarkation is required: delays will incur a charge of €120 per hour. In case of unjustified delay, the captain reserves the right to depart without the late guests.
